Taxes may be in the forecast for Albertans

With Alberta’s deficit growing, Premier Alison Redford is being urged to reconsider her promise not to raise taxes.

Right now it looks like the deficit for the current fiscal year could surge past $3-billion.

Some party insiders are also voicing concerns about government plans to borrow money to pay for infrastructure projects.
