Strathmore under water supply alert

This article is more than 5 years old.

The town of Strathmore is under a water supply alert because of a water main break on the main line supplying the town’s portable storage reservoir.

Residents in the area are being asked to limit water use for emergencies only.

This means no showers, laundry, or dishes.

There is no water quality concern and the water is safe to drink.

Officials are not sure how long it will take to repair the issue.
