Arrowwood School rebuilt after fire

Students in the community of Arrowwood, southeast of Calgary, are now back in school after an arson that ripped through the school last April.
So much damage was caused, the building had to be stripped down and rebuilt; teachers lost gifts from former students and parents, and old school photo graduations were gone.
A 20-year-old man was arrested for the crime and faces arson and mischief charges.
Donations soon flooded in from neighbouring communities which allowed students to keep at their education and for the school to rise out of the ashes.
The school, with Grades 1 to 9, welcomed 95 students back in November, and Principal Jody Beagle tells The Calgary Herald it was a wonderful moment.
