Levin back in court

A former Calgary psychiatrist is back in court today.

Dr. Aubrey Levin was sentenced last month to five years in prison for sexually assaulting his patients.

Levin will be appealing both the conviction and the sentence.

He will be at the Calgary court centre today trying to get bail.
