Out on bail: Dr. Aubrey Levin

Convicted sex offender Dr. Aubrey Levin is a free man again.

The judge in the psychiatrist’s sexual assault case has granted the disgraced doctor bail while his appeal is heard. The judge disagreed with a Crown argument that Levin’s appeal was bound to fail and allowed the doctor to be released under strict conditions.

The 74 year old Levin was recently sentenced to five years in prison after being found guilty of sexually assaulting three male patients that were sent to him for court-ordered testing.
