Former Stampeder star Joffrey Reynolds is expected back in court Wednesday morning.
Reynolds is facing charges of common assault and assault causing bodily harm against former girlfriend Kaitlin Ward.
The case has been a matter of he said she said so far, with Reynold’s saying he was still living in his girlfriend’s Eau Claire condo and she saying he had no business being there on the night of July 14th, 2012.
Ward told court Reynolds attacked her that night when she came home, Reynolds says it was Ward who started the altercation.
The judge in the case is expected to rule if Ward can take the stand to refute Reynolds testimony.
