Trial for foster parent delayed by illness

The trial for a foster parent accused of molesting three young boys has been delayed for a second time because of health reasons.

Garry Prokopishin was to begin an eight day hearing Monday, but his lawyer said his client was too sick and had been admitted to hospital.

The accused was set to attend a preliminary inquiry on December 1, 2010 when he was rushed to hospital that day in critical condition.

A judge has ordered the case back in court March 15 to decide when it will go ahead.
