Calgary Police are on the hunt for a suspect after a convenience store clerk was allegedly threatened by a gun.
The alleged incident happened around 5 p.m. Saturday afternoon, at the Macs on the corner of 47th Street and 17th Avenue southeast.
Police say they are looking for a man about 30 years old, with dark skin, and a thin moustache.
“He became involved in a verbal confrontation with the clerk, at the store. And, during the confrontation, he lifted up his shirt, exposing what the clerk thought was a hand gun in his waistband.” said Detective Greg Mercer.
Officers are still working to confirm a gun was used in the confrontation.
