Bayer Canada is celebrating 150 years in business and to mark their sesquicentennial, the company has an array of plans including unveiling the “Science For a Better Life” exhibit in Toronto in May.
President and CEO Christian Lauterbach says Canada has been good to his company: “In the prairies for instance, we have been able to build a large business in the canola segment and alot of those developments have been Canadian-led and driven out of Canada.”
Lauterbach adds they will unveil ten new products over the next 18 months, which is typically more than they introduce in a decade.
