A long dispute over the ParkPlus system has finally been put to rest at city hall.
The city sued Dale Fraser and Al Bazar for $42-million last fall, and the pair filed a counterclaim for $105-million.
The former general manager and enforcement manager were both fired by the city in 2011, and refused to sign off sole ownership of the ParkPlus system to the city.
In a closed-door discussion, the city and Calgary Parking Authority okayed an agreement with the two men.
The city says most of the details of the settlement will stay confidential.
