If you’re a gardener, you can get a head start on the summer season, this weekend.
The Calgary Horticultural Society is holding its annual garden show on
Saturday and Sunday at Spruce Meadows.
Show spokesperson Elizabeth Jolicoeur tells 660News, they have over 100 exhibitors and guest speakers throughout the weekend, along with ‘how-to’ workshops.
“These are probably about an hour, an hour-and-a-half long and they’re take-home, substantial projects. So you will definitely be gardening this weekend when you are in the workshops,” says Jolicoeur
She says it’s best to pre-register. You can do that by visiting www.calhort.org.
