Harper speaking in Calgary

Prime Minister Stephen Harper is in Calgary Thursday, to make a speech in the northwest.

Harper will be joined by MP Joan Crockatt and former Calgary Flame Sheldon Kennedy at the Child Development Centre on 24th Ave N.W.

No word yet on what the announcement will be.

The building is home to the brand new Child Advocacy Centre that houses justice and children’s services.

The centre’s grand opening is in May.
