Updated: Highway 1 west of Calgary is reported to be in fair condition.

Highway 1-A west through the mountains is reported in fair condition with some snow-covered areas and slippery sections.

The Alberta Motor Association reports poor conditions on several highways to the south of Calgary.

   **Updated:  Travel is still not recommended on highway 22 south of Black Diamond and down past Longview to Hwy 3.   Hwy 3 toward Crowsnest Pass is also in poor driving condition.   Hwy 62 south of Magrath is in poor condition.

      Updated:    Highway 2 is reported in fair condition.
