Get ready to enjoy some Vulcan Ale.
The first officially licensed Star Trek beer will be making its debut at the Calgary Comic and Entertainment Expo Saturday.
The Irish red ale is brewed in Montana by the Harvest Moon Brewing Company.
Creator Dr. Richard Weger said this is only the beginning.
“This is our season one – episode one beer, we hope to have more in the future,” he said. “Where we will be boldly brewing where no beer has gone before.”
The beer will be available to be purchased Canada-wide on May 17th, coinciding with the premiere of the newest Star Trek film — Into Darkness.
