Calgary police are asking for your help in trying to catch a bank robber before he possibly strikes again.
Tuesday morning, the Robbery Unit staged a CrimeStoppers re-enactment at the ATB Financial branch at 2140 – 34th Ave. S.W.
Just after 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 5th, a man wearing a black mask and armed with a knife made off with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Staff Sergeant Bruce Walker tells 660News because the man threatened to hurt people they want to round him up as soon as possible.
“He’s very verbally and physically aggressive and the fact that he had threatened to injure the staff members with a knife causes us concern,” says Walker.
More details about the crime, including a detailed description of the suspect, will soon be posted on the crimestoppers website, www.calgarycrimestoppers.org
