Condo consultations wrapping up

The minister of Service Alberta wants to hear from Albertans before he begins to create new condominium legislation.
Manmeet Bhullar is making one last push to direct Albertans to fill out on online questionnaire before Friday.
“The response to our online survey has been tremendous – with over 4,600 responses – and I’ve also had the chance to discuss the issues with thousands of condo owners across the province who have provided excellent advice,” said Bhullar. “My advisors on this legislation are the people of Alberta and that is why I want to make sure everyone has a chance to share their ideas.”
He says it’s a complicated thing to draft and he’s hoping the new rules can be in place by this time next year.
