One dead in Balzac rollover

A 38-year-old man is dead after a roll over on southbound Highway 2 around 2:00a.m. Saturday morning near Cross Iron Mills mall.
Rockyview District Fire’s Judy Unsworth tells 660News, it appears the black Ford Escort was the only vehicle involved in the crash.
“Rockyview County stationed from Balzac attended the scene and extricated one patient who died on scene. It’s under investigation and RCMP has taken over the scene,” says Unsworth.
There’s no word on whether speed or alcohol are factors in the rollover.
