Stressed out at work? There’s now help for that thanks to one online module.
It’s being offered by the Calgary chapter of the Canadian Mental Health Association and the best part is, it’s free and only takes ten minutes of your time.
Workplace Mental Health Manager Morgan Craig-Broadwith says they’ve designed the site with interactive in mind.
“From the start, it’s sort of the general introduction about how do you use it and then as they move through it they’re going to be introduced to two characters who will share their interaction with the boss,” she tells 660News.
And then your hear not only about how they perceive that but also the side effects of unmanaged stress.
Craig-Broadwith says all of the poll questions they ask as a gauge are kept confidential.
At the moment, it’s only being offered out of Calgary but if all goes well, she hopes they can roll it out nationally at a later date.
