Big crowds at the Spruce Meadows National gave the event the best attendance in years.
Over 86,000 people were in the audience at the event from Wednesday to Sunday.
The Calgary Sun reports the last time attendance was that high was 2009, which still holds the record of 95,000 guests making it out.
Spruce Meadows Vice-President Ian Allison says the best of the summer is still to come.
Allison expects to bring in much bigger numbers once school lets out, and more people take their summer vacation.
