Fast Forward reveals 16th annual Best of Calgary

They’ve crunched the numbers and they now have the answers to some of this city’s most important questions.
Fast Forward Weekly has revealed the answers to it’s sixteenth annual ‘Best of Calgary’ survey.
And when it comes to this year’s big winner, look no further no than our own Mayor Naheed Nenshi who cleaned up.
“People are voting him sexiest man in Calgary, best local Twitter personality, most beloved Calgary and second for Calgary’s claim to fame, right behind the Calgary Stampede,” says editor Drew Anderson.
Speaking of the Stampede, Anderson tells 660News it’s in an interesting position this year winning both the fame and shame categories in Calgary.
He believes results like these prove just how diverse their readership is.
He says they try to avoid chains in hopes of discovering some of Calgary’s own local entities.
Anderson describes their magazine as urban and adds a lot of the results are centred in the ‘core’ or the Beltline, which he adds is to be expected with this kind of publication.
