It appears the American dream can be found right here in Canada.
A new poll shows two-thirds of Canada’s millionaires are self-made and almost half are immigrants or first generation Canadians.
The study for BMO also finds education is the key to getting the big bucks.
Eight in 10 millionaires possess at least an undergraduate degree with 46 per cent with a graduate or professional degree.
