Recipe to Riches Auditions

The new season of CBC’s “Recipe to Riches” will hold auditions in Calgary this weekend.
They’re looking for amateurs to bring their best home-cooked recipes which have to be both interesting and tasty.
Executive Producer Blair Harley tells 660News, potential contestants should bring their best…and sell it!
The show will feature a different food category for each episode with home cooks competing for a weekly prize of $25,000. They also have the chance to advance to the series finale to compete for a grand prize of $250,000.
Each category winner’s recipe will be available across the country as a President’s Choice brand product. The six-episode series will air in the winter of 2014.
Auditions go all day at the Real Canadian Superstore in Calgary on Heritage Meadows Way S.E. on Saturday, June 22, from 9 a.m until 6 p.m.
