Taxi drivers having trouble finding Ramadan prayer space

Muslim cab drivers in the city say they’re grateful for a special Ramadan prayer space during the Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth, but are having trouble finding it.

The Muslim period of spirituality and discipline means fasting during daytime and praying five times a day, which can be challenging during the Stampede taxi crunch.

With three days left of Stampede 101, city officials are hoping more will take advantage of the space in the 400 block of 9th Ave Southeast, near city hall.
