Bus drivers needed in Calgary

Calgary’s school buses are short-staffed for the first day of school, as companies are in desperate need of more drivers.
Southland Transportation Ltd. says it needs 50 to 60 more bodies to man the buses, especially as work increases at the end of September.
The company tells The Calgary Sun, the rebounding economy has made it tough to fill spaces this year, as there are less people looking for part-time work.
Southland assures they will have the routes covered, even if management has to step behind the wheel.
