The group is using the attacks on two Fas Gas employees over the past couple of weeks as proof the government has become lax in its efforts to protect workers who come to Alberta from other countries.
AFL president Gil McGowan says foreign workers get stuck with the worst shifts, and often have to work them alone.
The group is once again asking for the government to put restrictions on working alone.
A government spokesperson tells the Calgary Sun, there are no ongoing discussions on that topic.
