The Calgary Police Service is investigating what appears to be a targeted home invasion in the southwest.
Just before midnight Wednesday, three men wearing disguises and waving guns, gained access to an apartment in the 1800 block of 16a Street Southwest.
Duty Inspector Keith Cain tells 660News, police don’t think the robbery was random.
“There was paraphernalia for drugs inside of there and there is allegedly video footage of the small apartment complex. When the investigators follow it up, they should be able to verify this information,” said Cain.
Cain said some cell phones and a T.V. were taken and two people inside were roughed up, but were not taken to hospital.
Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call police.
