Shaw phone outages affecting Calgarians

Many Calgarians are having trouble with their phones.
Shaw says they’re having issues with its phone network and it’s affecting customers in parts of the city.
The company says it’s having similar issues in Hamilton as well.
660News has contacted Calgary police who say the issues are not impacting 9-1-1 services, but there is limited access to the city’s 3-1-1 call centre right now.
It’s not known how long it will take to get things back up and running, but Shaw says they’re working as quickly as they can to restore all service.
