Police say a tip from the public is delaying the trial of a man accused of killing his baby son.
33-year-old Jamie Allen Dorey is charged with manslaughter in the August 2009 death of two month old Bryson Dorey-Fox.
The crown prosecutor tells the Calgary Sun, new information has come forward that will have an impact on how lawyers handle the case.
A video presented in court Monday, showed Dorey using a life sized doll to describe how his son ended up with serious head injuries.
Dorey claims his jealous dog flung the baby into a coffee table.
