City police are warning about an aggressive break and enter artist.
Duty Inspector Guy Baker says over a seven hour period, four homes in the southeast, including two on Heritage Drive, were broken into.
Baker says the robber is armed and they are afraid if people don’t lock their doors and windows their could be a violent confrontation.
“The concern that we have is, of course, is going to be a confrontation between a homeowner and the thief. We do know at one point he left a knife behind,” he says.
Baker says the thief is very bold, and even jumped from a second storey balcony to get away.
Anyone with information is asked to call police or Crimestoppers.
