Fire crews called out to a condo construction project in the southwest community of Mission Monday morning.
Fire Battalion Chief Ernie Molineaux tells 660News, they were called to the 2400 block of 1 Street S.W.
“Crews arrived to find the second floor of a condo that had just recently been completed and is only partially occupied,” he says. “The fire was coming out the window of the second floor balcony.”
There are no reports of any injuries; damage is still being determined, with the cause of the blaze still under investigation.
Molineaux says there was a man found in the show suite, and police are talking to him.
