Children struck by vehicle in S.E.

Two children were hit by a vehicle in Calgary’s southeast Friday morning.
It happened around 8:15a.m in Forest Lawn, at the intersection of 17th Avenue and 47th Street.
EMS spokesperson Adam Loria says the first victim was a male, believed to be 13 years old.
“He was transported in serious, but stable and non-life threatening condition,” he says.
A five year old girl was also taken to hospital for precautionary reasons.
