Members of the Cold Lake First Nations want action.
Activists started the “Walk for Future Generations” Saturday, to protest an ongoing Canadian natural resources oil spill in Primrose.
Protesters are concerned after reports said groundwater may have become contaminated.
They are also speaking out about other damages they believe the oil and gas industry is doing to Mother Earth.
The three day, 105-kilometre trip will wrap up back in Cold Lake First Nations Monday night.
