Special delivery for Calgary residents

Calgary Meals on Wheels recipients are getting a special delivery Thursday.
The Prime Minister’s wife, Laureen Harper, is back once again for her holiday shift with the organization.
Executive director of Calgary Meals on Wheels, Janice Curtis, says past reactions to Mrs. Harper haven’t been just about surprise, but also utter disbelief.
“She went to the door and she introduced herself,” says Curtis. “The guy said ‘Sure you are, where’s my meal?'”
Curtis says Harper has been volunteering for six years and this is her second straight season doing deliveries, after starting in the Meals on Wheels kitchen.
