Innisfail RCMP cautioned drivers about very poor driving conditions along Highway-2 between Airdrie and Red Deer, Saturday.
Icy sections, blowing snow and reduce visibility caused the warning but as of 4 p.m. many drivers reported improved conditions.
Motorists choosing to drive in these winter driving conditions are advised to double check lights are on, speed is down and enough space is left between vehicles.
