Woman pulled from Bow River, rushed to hospital

A woman was rushed to hospital in serious but stable condition after she was pulled from the frigid Bow River.

Around noon Saturday, passers-by spotted the woman in the water near Point McKay.

Battalion chief Paul LeBlanc, said the woman is believed to be in her early 20’s

It’s not yet clear how she ended up in the river.

Police don’t believe it was an accident.
