UPS store clerk pepper-sprayed in the northwest

The search is on for three teenagers after a clerk was pepper-sprayed in northwest Calgary.
Around 8:00 p.m. Friday night, the teens, described as white, in the age range of 15 to 16, entered the UPS store at Beddington Town Centre, where they headed to the cash register, taking an undisclosed amount of cash.
According to police, a clerk confronted the suspects, but they discharged pepper spray before leaving on foot.
Det. Dale Seddon, with the Calgary Police Service, said thankfully the clerk wasn’t severely hurt.
“Pepper spray was deployed, EMS did attend and provided treatment and the injuries would be described as minor,” he said.
