Bullet train president wants talks sped up

Among those anxiously awaiting public hearings into a proposal to build a high speed rail link between Calgary and Edmonton is Ron Craik.
Craik is the President of Alberta Bullet Train Limited.
He says a bullet train would be a great way to connect people across the province.
“The bullet train are tied together with a mass transit system of upwards of 80 per cent of the population of Alberta.”
Craik believes a bullet train could be built at a cost of $5-billion to $7-billion, with people paying anywhere from $60 to $100 to travel between the two cities in less than an hour.
