Chances are, you will tell at least two lies today.
That’s according to research by Kelowna, B.C. psychologists Michael Woodworth and Stephen Porter.
The pair help train judges, police, lawyers and even federal agents on how to spot a fib.
The National Post reports, a sweaty forehead can be a tell-tale sign, as well as fidgeting or excessive arm movements.
However, the professors from the University of British Columbia warn nervousness does not necessarily mean someone is pulling the wool over your eyes; people often get anxious and feel guilty under questioning even if they’ve done nothing wrong.
