Man in hospital after slashing

A slashing involving a group of people has sent one man to hospital in non-life-threatening condition.
Police tell 660News it happened just before 4 p.m. along 21st Street and 51st Avenue, S.W. outside Central Memorial High School.
Most of the group fled when police arrived on scene.
One other person was tended to at the scene by EMS.
