East coast dealing with aftermath of spring blizzard

The wild weather is finally dying down on the east coast, after a massive spring blizzard brought the Maritimes to a standstill.
A weather bomb hit Wednesday, cancelling flights, shutting down government offices and forcing people to stay home.
News 95.7 Reporter Jonathan Muma in Halifax said, while the snow let up Wednesday night, wind gusts are still dangerously high.
“We are dealing with 70-80 km/h wind gusts, and out in the more rural areas that’s causing some problems for crews trying to keep the roads clear, because the snow is just blowing back on again,” he said.
Even though the city is moving again, city roads and sidewalks are still a mess.
Schools across Nova Scotia are either closed, or have had their start times delayed.
