Drinking more coffee could reduce risk of diabetes

Next time you hit the drive-thru, order that extra large coffee.
A study out of Harvard University found people who increased their intake of coffee by one and a half cups a day, cut the chances of developing Type Two Diabetes by 11 per cent.
On the flip side, cutting your daily intake of coffee, increased the risk of developing diabetes by 17 per cent.
People who drank the most coffee — at least three cups a day — had the lowest risk of diabetes.
In fact, they were one-third less likely to develop diabetes than people who drank less than a cup of coffee a day.
The study is in the Journal of the European Association for the Study of Diabetes.
