Long term plan for Shaganappi Trail is ready for public viewing

Over the last few years, the city has been meeting with residents and businesses as it works on a long term plan for the Shaganappi Trail corridor between north of 16th avenue and Stoney Trail.

The study looked at how best to accommodate all modes of transportation; walking, cycling, transit and driving.

On Thursday night (May 1), you’re asked to review and provide feedback on that long term plan.

The city is holding an open house at the Varsity Acres Presbyterian Church between 5:00p.m. and 8:00pm.

The plan will ultimately head to city council this summer.
