Watch out for zombies in Cochrane this weekend!
The second annual Zombie Survivor adventure race, billed as the ‘5-K run of your life,’ kicks off Saturday morning at 7 o’clock and runs until 7-pm.
It’s being held at the Cochrane Agricultural Society.
Organizer Adil Hooda tells 660News, close to four-thousand runners are expected to dodge hundreds of the walking dead.
“The runners are running away from the zombies, that’s number one. Alot of people kind of thing it’s just dressing up and being a zombie but it’s not. You’re actually having to run away from them,” says Hooda.
A portion of the proceeds goes to Kids Cancer Care.
