Where is Canada’s promised aid to Ukraine?

Ukraine’s ambassador to Canada is wondering where the support is that Ottawa promised his country.

Back in March, when Kiev asked for help to fight pro-Russian separatists, more than $200-million was announced, but Vadym Prystaiko said they have yet to see it.

Prystaiko tells the Globe and Mail he doesn’t want to offend, but he’s at the end of his patience as the agreement continues to be tied up with minor details.

Aid from the U.S. and the European Union has already made its way into Ukraine.
