Calgary Transit is taking advantage of low ridership on the long weekend to do some maintenance work at its downtown LRT stations, as well as the Bridgeland/Memorial and Calgary Zoo LRT stations.

All downtown stations are closed for maintenance, which includes work to the electrical, tracks and signals at Olympic Plaza; electrical work along 9th Street Southwest; and extending the C-Train platform at the Zoo.

As a result, shuttle busses will be moving C-Train riders around, this weekend.

The dowtown, zoo and Bridgeland/Memorial LRT stations will re-open Tuesday at 4:00a.m.
