A new survey finds the average woman spends five hours a week in a bad mood.
Healthspan, in the U.K., says that adds up to almost 11 full days a year.
According to the survey, the top reasons that put women in a foul mood are feeling overweight, their partner not listening, bad weather and worrying about money.
Psychotherapist Sally Brown explains women crave ‘me time’, and tend to rely on their partners to help lift them out of the dumps.
