After a late night of talks, there will be no lockout for the Canadian National Railway.
Unifor said they have come to an agreement with C.N. R., which means the 4,800 workers will not be locked out.
The union says they will hold ratification meetings across the country over the next three weeks.
Details of that agreement will be released once ratification is complete.
