Nu Burger Sushi Bar
Where: 890 4 Ave SW, 587-955-8606, nubsb.com
What: A delicious mish-mash of a restaurant that serves up sushi, burgers and interesting Japanese fusion food including sushi-burger hybrids. Almost every menu item sounds too interesting not to try!
Price Point: Average. The gourmet burgers hover around the $15 dollar mark, while the “Burgushi” (sushi/burger mash-ups) average $17.
Pro: The food here is refreshingly fun. From the croquettes loaded with kale, sweet potato and cauliflower to the “Shabang”
Con: There’s not a lot of ambience in here, partially because of the layout of the room.
