The Calgary Stampeders received their Grey Cup rings Friday night, nearly seven months after winning the CFL’s biggest prize.
The top of the ring has ‘Grey Cup Champions’ inscribed on it, with the year as well as the Chinese symbol for the Year of the Horse.
In the centre of the ring are 20 rubies encircling the team’s horse logo.
On top of the rubies is the horse filled with 50 sparkling diamonds.
More diamonds form a tapered frame around the horse logo.
One side of the rings have the player’s names while the other has the team name and a depiction of the Calgary skyline.
The red & white were in Red Deer on Saturday for Junior Stamps Camp, before opening main camp Sunday at McMahon Stadium.
