SAIT prepares for Stampede with pancake parade

Stampede is under a month away and SAIT is getting everyone’s appetite ready for the Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth, by hosting a pancake parade.

The event is being held at the school’s culinary campus on Stephen Avenue and will feature pancakes from around the world, including Venezuelan arepas, Swedish potato pancakes, Eastern European blintz, Korean kimchi pancakes, and of course, the Calgary Stampede’s renowned western pancake.

Samples will be served up between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Monday.
